4 years in the making and it has finally come to life. As you all know Splendour Interiors works very closely with Energy Efficient Homes, our brother company, to bring masterpieces to life. Michelia Club house is the latest community asset created for Harrington Grove Residents, and was architecturally designed by Jack and interiorly and externally designed by Marilyne.
When we first put pen to paper four years ago, we wanted the Michelia Club to offer an immersive, luxury resort experience whilst drawing upon the surrounding landscape in its materiality and finishes. The overall concept takes cues from a Tuscan style with decorative turrets and formwork creating a timeless design for the future. Everything has been designed with attention to detail including palette of rich colour tones and textures which creates a five star oasis.
The new clubhouse boasts a beautiful porch facade and grand foyer consisting of three generous lounge areas which overlook an elegant water feature to the central court yard. The club is a communal place where residents can entertain with all the sam comforts of a home, plus more. A cozy fire place, inviting decor, luxury swimming pool and tennis courts, landscaped gardens, BBQ, gymnasium and a function room make it that perfect gathering place for family and friends.
