It is truly a pleasure when we get to design our client's home, but it is even more special when previous clients come back for more and ask us to design their next home. We have had the pleasure to work with one of our client's on three of his homes over the last four years. Bringing the outside in, we worked with our client to bring the oceanic environment into his penthouse apartment and the finished product was amazing.
DESIGN ELEMENTS
Our client was inspired by the homes you see in the Hampton's; light, sophisticated and practical. When we designing his home we aimed to provide a style that reaches the optimum balance of visual character, function, flexibility and cost effectiveness while still creating an ambiance and overall harmony that blends with the surrounds of the environment to create the ultimate design solution.
OPEN PLAN LIVING
As this is an open plan living apartment, we had to ensure that all sections of the home flowed nicely with each other. As you will notice in the photos, the oceanic environment was quite evident in all sections of the home with floor to ceiling windows painting a picture of blue hues. As a result, the furnishings we selected had to blend well with the environment.
MASTER BEDROOM
The bedroom is the first place you wake in the morning and the last place you rest your head at night. As such, we ensure that the bedroom is designed to be a relaxing and peaceful environment to be in. This bedroom was designed with sophistication in mind for our bachelor client.
EXTERNAL SPACE
When you have a view of the South Pacific Ocean, it is a necessity to a fabulous outdoor setting to embrace the million dollar view.
