Here at Splendour interiors we are all very passionate about our profession and it is not hard to keep us motivated. We appreciate that our business is only as strong as the staff that support us.

Our main motivation is seeing a completed project and the joy it brings our customers.

Working in a team environment and sharing ideas is a great tool of motivation. Each member of staff offers something different and we encourage our team to talk to each other and express their own opinions. We encourage our team to teach each other their skills and expand on our experiences and consider ourselves friends and respect that each of us comes from a different background, bringing something unique to our team.

Our staff work hard for our company and know that their hard work is greatly appreciated. There is no feeling of hierarchy in our team therefore every person feels free to voice any concerns about any matter, leaving no issue unresolved resulting in a team that is working together in a stress free environment.

At Splendour interiors we develop staff by allowing them to use their creative side and feel free to express their opinion safe in the knowledge that their view will always be respected.. We try to include staff in all aspects of the business allowing them to feel comfortable and included in their work environment. We welcome new ideas and try to implement them as a team.
